Oslo Psych Fest *Update*
Around midnight, the Cavemen went on stage at Vulkan Arena, Oslo to play a set not based on surf songs as they did at Malakoff and Bukta earlier this summer. More psychedelic set with songs from "the golden era" of 97-99. Focused, short jams devised to meet their limited time on stage.
Dag was so kind to send me the setlist:

Girlfriend in Tacoma
The Night Time

Blast from the Past #2: WahWah
Back in 1998, the Euroboys were in a German show called WahWah at the channel VIVA. They talked about their music and played some music videoes, their own and music that had influenced them. There was also some nice live footage from MTC, Cologne.

Blast from the Past #1: Kåre João music videos
In the first Blast from the Past I have found some old clips. Kåre João released two solo albums after leaving Kåre & the Cavemen/Euroboys; "Sideman" and "2". Here's two music videos made during that period.

Kåre & the Cavemen will play Norwegian festivals this summer!

The Nordlys article features a short interview with Knut: The "classic" line-up of Knut, Kåre, Anders, Per and Anders will play some concerts this summer. Focus will be on stuff from the Long Day's Flight era, an album they acknowledge most fans like. The boys have had a tradition of meeting round Christmas to meet, drink, eat and talk. This Christmas they discovered they had time on their hands and planned some gigs for this summer.
Two festival gigs are official yet (let's hope for more - one article mentions three gigs):
17th-19th July: Bukta, Tromsø
18/19th July: Malakoff, Eid
